Rhode Island requires the agent to view the online course before the test can be taken. If you are logged in, you will be able to take the test once you view the course. If you are not logged in, you will not be able to take the test.

Agents have five chances to pass an insurance continuing education test. If you fail five times, the system will lock you out & you will have to complete a different course.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: Your certificate of completion will be available from our website once we have received payment. The day you pay for your exam will be your completion date.

SBS: Effective 2/19/2010 Rhode Island has contracted with State Based Systems (SBS). SBS charges $1 per credit hour for this service. This fee will be assessed at checkout.
