North Dakota requires the agent to view the online course before the test can be taken. If you are logged in, you will be able to take the test once you view the course. If you are not logged in, you will not be able to take the test.

 Agents have five chances to pass a test. If you fail five times, the system will lock you out & you will have to complete a different test.

 CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION:  Your certificate of completion will be available under View My Account once we have received payment.  The day you pay for your exam will be your completion date.

 STATE REPORTING:  We notify State Based Systems (SBS) / North Dakota daily Monday through Friday. SBS charges $1 per credit hour.  This fee will be assessed at checkout.
