CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: You can download your certificate of completion once we have processed your CE order. The day you pay for your exam will be your completion date.  We process orders Monday through Friday.

MONITOR/PROCTOR: West Virginia requires a disinterested third-party person watch you complete your test online.

CE FILING FEES: Effective 2/1/24, a $2 per credit per student Vertafore (formerly Sircon) filing fee will be charged at checkout. We will notify Vertafore daily Monday through Friday.

Agents have five chances to pass a test. If you fail five times, the system will lock you out and you will have to wait 24 hours to try again. Tests are closed book.
