Agents have five chances to pass an insurance continuing education test.

MONITOR/PROCTOR: Massachusetts requires a disinterested third party person watch you complete your test online.

STATE BASED SYSTEMS (SBS): Effective 3/16/22, we submit CE to NAIC's State Based Systems (SBS). SBS charges $1.50 per credit hour for this service. This will be added at checkout. We notify SBS daily, Monday through Friday. 

EXAM REQUIRED TO RECEIVE CE CREDIT. United Insurance Educators, Inc. makes no guarantee that an agent will pass their exam. It is understood that an agent must read the book prior to completing their exam.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: Your certificate of completion will be available immediately under View My Account once we have received credit card payment.  The day you pay for your exam will be your completion date.
