MONITOR: Effective 9/30/2016, a proctor is not required for the closed book test.

TESTING: Agents have five chances to pass a test. If you fail five times, the site will lock you out and you will have to complete a different course. Your certificate of completion will be available from our website once we have received payment.  The day you pay for your exam will be your completion date.

SBS: CE Providers are required by the Missouri Department of Insurance to notify the SBS (State-Based Systems) of agent's CE completions. The NAIC's SBS requires a $1 per credit hour filing fee to submit CE electronically. The filing fee will be added at checkout. We notify to SBS on a daily basis, Monday through Friday.
