Hawaii requires the agent to view the online course before the test can be taken. If you are logged in, you will be able to take the test once you view the course. If you are not logged in, you will not be able to take the test.

MONITOR/PROCTOR: Hawaii requires a disinterested third party person watch you complete your test online.

STATE REPORTING: Effective 11/16/22 CE Providers will be required to notify NAIC's State Based Systems (SBS). We will do this daily Monday through Friday. SBS charges $1 per credit hour. This fee will be added at checkout on 11/9/22 when we can no longer submit CE to Hawaii DOI.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: Your certificate of completion will be available under View My Account once we have received credit card payment.  The day you pay for your exam will be your completion date.
