Crop Insurance

Introduction

Copyrighted Material

This course is designed to provide approved credit hours for your insurance continuing education requirement.  It is not intended to be used as a selling tool, legal advice, or financial guidance.  You may not copy or use any portion of this course for any purpose other than continuing education.  As are all our courses, Crop Insurance has been copyrighted.  We reserve all rights.

Do Your Own Work

It should not need to be stated, but inevitably someone doesn’t seem to understand that he or she must do their own education course.  This is not just ethical – it is the law.  Agents must study the course material and complete the course test without help from any other individual or entity.  If your state requires someone to monitor you while you complete your test, then you must do so (following whatever requirements your state has).  We have no power to allow exceptions for special circumstances.

If it comes to our attention that you have copied someone else’s test or another individual has completed the test on your behalf, you will not receive credit with your state.  You will be required to take the test over, following all state requirements.

Education is Serious Business

It is easy to understand why agents do not always want to take the time to complete their continuing education requirements.  United Insurance Educators does not pass these laws but we do follow them.  To reduce the stress of last minute completions, we recommend that you complete your continuing education at least three months prior to your due date.  If you are completing your CE online you can print your certificate upon payment in most states (not all states).  You may also elect to have a hard copy mailed to you, although the states do consider the online certificate to be an original.

Thank you,

United Insurance Educators, Inc.
