Chapter 4: Looks at Ratemaking: merit rating, prospective experience rating, retrospective experience rating, fire insurance, Time of loss, and following proper procedures.

 

Chapter 5:  Looks at Insurance Regulation.

 

Chapter 6: Explores TRIA: Terrorism Risk Insurance Act.

 

Chapter 7: Is entirely dedicated to Ethics.  Looks at agent responsibilities and the legal system.
