Can I call my order in?

How do I place an order for my certificate of completion?

View your account, you can click on "View My Account" to get there. You will see your completed courses and a buy link that says "Order Cert" - click that. Your online cert purchase will be added to your cart. When you are ready to checkout, click the Checkout link on the left side of the website header or view your account and click the Start Checkout button.

How many hours do I need?

When you view courses for your state, there will be a link to your state requirements below our logo and above the list of courses for your state. This link will give you basic requirements. If you have further questions, please call or email us.

How much are the online courses?

It depends, please choose your state and you will see the pricing by course. We cannot put two courses on the same certificate of completion.

What does my state require?

When you view courses for your state, there will be a link to your state requirements below our logo and above the list of courses for your state. This link will give you basic requirements. If you have further questions, please call or email us.

What do I do with my monitor form?

Once you have had your monitor fill out the form, please fax it to 1-253-846-7536. Some states do not require a monitor. If your state requires a monitor, the requirements will appear before you can take the test. Some states have monitor forms presented to you before the test. Once these are filled out and submitted, that is all you need to do.

Where do I print my certificate of completion?

Once we have processed your CE order, you will be able to print your certificate of completion. Click on "View My Account" and next to the course you've passed and paid for, you will see a link that says "Print Certificate." Click on that and your certificate should come up in a seperate window. You can click on File and then Print for your certificate of completion.
