The only course approved for the CFP® Ethics requirement is the CFP® Code of Ethics course (see below). All the courses below are approved for continuing education credit for CFP® licensees.

We notify the CFP® Board electronically twice a month of your CE completions. To do this, we must have your social security number or your CFP® license number.

Effective 1/1/2008 the CFP® Board requires all self-study courses have 10 test questions per credit hour. Agents can no longer receive a CFP® certificate if the course is completed under the resident State & it does not meet the test question requirement. Agents must complete the test under CFP® to receive CFP® credit.
